FIT Bookings

Special terms and conditions apply to FIT bookings (up to a maximum of 7 rooms).

Booking Guarantee

Individual reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of a valid credit card number and expiry date, together with full or partial prepayment, in accordance with the applicable cancellation policy.

No-Show

In the event of a no-show, the total amount of the stay will be charged.

Amendments and Cancellations

Any reservation amendment, whether a partial or full cancellation, must be submitted in writing.

Non-Refundable Rate

A prepayment equal to the full amount of the stay (excluding the tourist tax) is charged at the time of booking.

This prepayment is non-refundable in the event of cancellation, modification, no-show, or cancellation on the day of arrival.

Flexible Cancellation Policy

• A deposit of 30% of the total booking amount is required to confirm the reservation.
• Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to arrival: the deposit will be fully refunded.
• Cancellations made between 7 days and 48 hours prior to arrival: the deposit will be retained.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival, on the day of arrival, or in the event of a no-show: the full booking amount will be charged.

Liability

The Company shall not be held liable for the consequences of unforeseeable, unavoidable, and external events beyond its reasonable control preventing the performance of the booked services (force majeure), including, but not limited to, natural disasters, strikes, or government-imposed restrictions.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the interpretation and/or performance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
