A closure of the borders of the country of departure for customers coming from abroad, over the period during which the stay was to take place.
A ban on travelling to France from the client’s country, as decreed by the French government or by the client’s country of origin, over the period during which the stay was to take place.
Travel restrictions implemented by the French government, resulting in an inability to make it to the hotel during the period in which the stay was to take place.
A closure of the resort of Chamonix or a closure of the French borders, as decreed by the French government, over the period during which the stay was to take place.
National or local lockdown (in the hotel’s region or the client’s home region) as decreed by the French government or by the government of the country of origin of the client, over the period during which the stay was to take place.
A quarantine imposed by the French government or by the country of origin of the client, over the period during which the stay was to take place.
IN THE EVENT OF ANY OF THE ABOVE SITUATIONS, WE PROMISE TO OFFER YOU:
a full deferral of the amount paid in the form of a voucher, valid for eighteen months from the date of issue. If this voucher is not used within eighteen months, a full refund may then be requested in writing to one of the following addresses:
